Notifications (web panel)
EFA Projection keeps you on top of what’s happening in your organization with a notification system that’s delivered through several channels: the in-app bell in the web panel, email, mobile push, and optionally Telegram.
The bell
Section titled “The bell”In the top bar of the web panel, next to your avatar, there’s a bell icon. When you have new notifications, a red badge with the number of unread items appears.
Clicking the bell opens a panel with:
- List of recent notifications (last 50).
- Filter by read / unread / all.
- “Mark all as read” button.
- “View all” link that opens the full notifications screen.
Full notifications screen
Section titled “Full notifications screen”For a longer history, go to Notifications in the main menu (or click “View all” from the bell). You see every notification from the last 90 days, with search and filters.

| Channel | What for |
|---|---|
| In-app (bell) | Appears in the web panel and the mobile app |
| Arrives in your inbox | |
| Mobile push | If you have the mobile app installed with permissions |
| Telegram | If you linked the bot (Integrations) |
For each category you can enable / disable each channel separately.
Some notifications are always on
Section titled “Some notifications are always on”For safety, certain critical notifications cannot be disabled:
- Payment failed.
- 1h reminder before an event where you are the preacher or leader.
This prevents someone from forgetting a critical commitment by silencing all notifications.
Mark as read
Section titled “Mark as read”- Clicking a notification marks it as read automatically and opens the related content (the event, the program, etc.).
- “Mark all as read” button in the bell or on the full screen.
Search the history
Section titled “Search the history”On the full notifications screen:
- Search by text in the title or description.
- Filters by type and by date.
- Notifications are kept for 90 days, then archived and no longer shown in the regular list (but they remain in the database for auditing).
In real time
Section titled “In real time”Notifications arrive in real time via WebSocket. You don’t have to refresh the page — the bell updates itself when something new appears.
Mass notifications (admin)
Section titled “Mass notifications (admin)”If you’re an admin and need to notify the whole organization (e.g. “Sunday’s service is canceled due to a holiday”), you can send a manual notification:
- Notifications → Send notification.
- Pick the recipients: all / by role / specific.
- Write the message.
- Pick the channels.
It arrives like any other notification but marked as “Admin message”.
No notifications — what to check
Section titled “No notifications — what to check”If you were expecting a notification and it didn’t arrive:
- Email — check spam. EFA Projection notifications come from
[email protected]. - Mobile push — check system permissions (see Mobile notifications → I’m not getting push notifications).
- Preferences — check that the channel is enabled for that category in Settings → Profile → Notifications.
- Telegram — check that your account is linked (Settings → Integrations → Telegram).
If the issue persists, reach out from FAQ and support.
