AI assistant

EFA Projection includes an AI assistant that saves you the repetitive work: generating text slides, suggesting a setlist for a service, building the month’s calendar, and fixing the spelling of lyrics. You always review the result before saving — the AI proposes, it doesn’t decide.

Each organization has a monthly quota per feature (not per user or per device). The count resets on the 1st of each month. On every AI screen you’ll see how many uses you have left; when it reaches zero, the button is disabled until the next month.

Only successful generations count — if the AI fails, it doesn’t use up your quota.

Builds a song list for a service or setlist based on a topic. The AI picks only from your catalog — it never invents songs.

Where: in the web panel and on mobile, inside a program or a setlist, the Suggest with AI button.

  1. Type the topic (or pick several chips: Worship, Communion, etc.) and, optionally, a description (“Sunday service, emphasis on gratitude”).
  2. Choose how many songs you want and whether you prefer recent songs.
  3. Generate. You review the proposed list (each song with the reason it fits), uncheck the ones you don’t want, and add the chosen ones to the program or setlist.

Creates all of the month’s events at once based on your recurring services, instead of adding them one by one.

Where: in the web panel and on mobile, in CalendarGenerate month with AI.

  1. Pick the month (past months are not allowed).
  2. Add the recurring services: day of the week + time (for example Sunday 10:00, Wednesday 19:30). You can add or remove rows.
  3. Optional: choose the roles the AI should assign (Preacher, Sound, etc.) and, per role, restrict it to specific people.
  4. If you assign roles, choose how to distribute people:
    • Rotate among members — splits shifts evenly across the month.
    • Copy who did each role before — reuses the pattern from the last 3 months (same role, same day of the week).
  5. Generate. You review the draft (you can uncheck events) and Save creates them in the calendar.

Where: web panel (Media → Texts → Generate with AI) and desktop app (text editor → Generate with AI).

  1. Pick the type: Announcement, Welcome, Verse, Phrase/quote, or Custom.
  2. Type the topic/content and, optionally, details and the tone (warm, formal, festive).
  3. Generate. The slide opens in the editor with the text already laid out (size, position, and background automatic): short text appears large, long text adjusts automatically so it doesn’t overflow, and blocks are evenly distributed. Tweak whatever you want and save.

Fixes spelling, accents, and punctuation on an existing slide without changing the design (position, size, and color are preserved) and without rewriting the content.

Where: inside the text editor (web and desktop), the Spell check with AI button. You’ll see the changes applied in the editor before saving.

Fixes spelling, accents, and punctuation in a song’s lyrics. Preserves every word and the structure — it doesn’t rewrite, translate, or censor worship lyrics.

Where: when creating or editing a song, in the web panel, the desktop app, and on mobile, the Spell check with AI button next to the lyrics. The corrected lyrics replace the text in the editor; you review and save.

Only what’s needed for each feature is sent to the AI (the topic you type, the lyrics or text to fix, the recurring days). Member data, attendance, and other sensitive organization information are not sent.
