Your first organization
In EFA Projection everything (songs, programs, media, members) lives inside an organization. An organization typically represents a church.
Create the organization
Section titled “Create the organization”- The first time you sign in, the web admin panel prompts you to create an organization.
- Fill in the name (e.g. “Central Church”), slug (a short identifier, letters and hyphens only), and time zone.
- Upload a logo (optional — it’s used in emails and in the admin panel header).
Available roles
Section titled “Available roles”Members of an organization have one of these roles:

| Owner | Everything: settings, subscription, billing, closing the organization |
| Admin | Manage content, members, and roles (except owner) |
| Operator | Edit songs, programs, media; project |
| Musician | View programs and songs in read-only mode; access the repertoire |
| Viewer | Read-only |
The user who creates the organization becomes the Owner.
Invite members
Section titled “Invite members”From the web admin panel → Settings → Members → Invite. Enter the email and pick the role. The invitee receives an email with a link to accept; if they don’t have an account yet, they sign up and are automatically linked.
Plan and limits
Section titled “Plan and limits”Every new organization starts on the Free Plan, with limits on songs, programs, presentations, and storage. You can view current limits and upgrade your plan in Settings → Subscription.
