Web panel

The web panel (app.efaprojection.com) is where you manage all your organization’s content and settings. Any change syncs automatically to the desktop app and the mobile app.

Think of it as your church’s “control center”: the music team edits songs from the web panel during the week, and the projection operator finds them ready in the desktop app on Sunday.

The home screen shows you a summary of recent activity:

  • Songs added in the last few days.
  • Pending programs for upcoming services.
  • New members.
  • Recent notifications.
  • Organization status (plan usage, upcoming renewals).

It’s the handy view for catching up on “what happened this week” when you log in.

Administration features (members, plans, subscription, integrations) live in the Administration section.

Go to app.efaprojection.com from any modern browser:

  • Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — all supported.
  • It works on mobile (responsive), but for heavy management the native mobile app is more comfortable.

You sign in with the same account you use in the desktop app and on mobile.

What you edit in the web panel:

  • Shows up in the mobile app when you refresh or open the corresponding screen.
  • Reaches the desktop app on its next sync (automatic when there’s internet, manual from the sync button).

You don’t have to do anything special — everything goes to the same server with your account.

The two apps share almost all features. When the web panel is the better choice:

  • When you have to type a lot (long song lyrics, detailed descriptions) — the physical keyboard and large screen are more comfortable.
  • Editing large programs — drag & drop is more precise with a mouse.
  • Uploading many files at once (multi-select in the file picker).
  • Reports and analytics — administrative views with large tables.

When mobile is the better choice:

  • When you’re on the go.
  • For remote control during the service.
  • To quickly approve files from your phone.

What you see in the web panel depends on your role in the organization:

  • Owner — everything, including billing.
  • Admin — everything except closing the organization.
  • Operator — content and projection management.
  • Musician — read-only, access to the setlist.
  • Viewer — read-only.

The bell icon in the top bar shows real-time notifications: comments on programs, accepted invitations, processed presentations, event reminders. They also arrive by email based on your preferences. Detail in Notifications.
