How many versions you can have active depends on your organization’s plan (see Plan and subscription).

  1. From the sidebar, Bible tab → Versions button.
  2. Check the versions you want to use.
  3. The app downloads them from the server into your local database. Once downloaded, they’re available offline.

You can also manage versions from the web panel under Settings → Bible.

Bible mode is the fast way to project verses without going through the program. Useful during the sermon.

From the top menu: View → Bible mode.

  1. Pick the version from the dropdown.
  2. Search:
    • By reference — type John 3:16 or Psalm 23:1-6 in the search field. The app understands common formats (Jn 3:16, John 3.16, Ps 23, etc.).
    • By book and chapter — use the book and chapter selectors.
  3. Click a verse to project it immediately.
  4. The and arrows (or ) move to the next or previous verse.
  5. Esc sends the screen to black without leaving Bible mode.
  6. To exit, click the Exit button in Bible mode.

If the reference is a range (John 3:16-18), the app projects each verse as a separate slide. Use the arrow keys to move between them.

You can also add Bible passages as program items, just like songs or presentations. Useful when the service order includes planned readings:

  1. From the program editor, click Add itemBible.
  2. Choose version, book, chapter, and verses.
  3. The block sits in the program as a reorderable item.

See Programs for more detail on building one.

If you’re projecting a reference and the preacher asks for another version:

  1. In Bible mode, switch the version from the dropdown.
  2. The same reference is projected immediately with the new version.

The versions you’ve downloaded live in the local SQLite database and work without internet. The first download does need a connection.

For the rest of the service content (songs, media, presentations), continue with Programs.
