Mobile app
EFA Projection’s mobile app (iOS and Android) has two complementary roles:
- Remote control — during the service, you control what’s projected without going near the computer: change slides, blank the screen, play background audio, show the logo, all from your phone.
- Administration in your pocket — during the week you can edit songs, build programs, check the calendar, and approve uploaded files without opening the laptop.

When to use mobile vs. the web panel
Section titled “When to use mobile vs. the web panel”Both surfaces (mobile and the web panel) do almost the same thing and everything syncs to the same account. Pick based on context:
- Mobile — when you’re out of the house, at rehearsal, traveling, or when you need the remote control during the service.
- Web panel — when you have a lot of typing to do (long lyrics, editing large programs) and you prefer a physical keyboard and a large screen.
Steps to get started
Section titled “Steps to get started”- Install the app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in with your EFA Projection account (the same one you use on the web panel and the desktop app).
- If you’re going to use the remote control on Sunday, do a test pairing during the week so there are no surprises.
